When is the best time to send a package to ensure it arrives on time?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method. For example:

  • Sea packages to Poland typically reach the recipient within 3–5 weeks after arriving at our warehouse in Port Reading, NJ. 
  • Express air packages to Poland usually arrive within 5–8 business days, while standard air packages take 1 to 2 weeks. 

It’s best to plan your shipment in advance, especially if it needs to arrive by a specific date. Keep in mind that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections or unforeseen issues at airports and seaports.

Yes! Standard packages are insured up to $100 USD. Additional insurance is available for higher-value shipments.

How to pack your package safely?

  • Use a new, sturdy box. 
  • Protect items with bubble wrap or foam. 
  • Reinforce all edges with strong tape. 
  • Clearly label the recipient and sender addresses on the box.

What items are prohibited?

Can I send electronics and batteries?

Yes, you can send items like phones, laptops, and cameras with batteries — but they must be properly packaged and declared in accordance with regulations.

What are the duty-free limits?

  • Gift packages to Poland with a value up to 45 EUR are exempt from duties and taxes. 
  • For online purchases, the customs duty exemption limit is 150 EUR, and the VAT exemption is up to 22 EUR.
